Premix high-speed burners (pre-mixed gases)

High-speed burners consist of the cast-iron flange, stainless injector and refractory burner block (up to 1500°C). They completely burn the premixed mixture. Security TESE heads, UV detectors, and the ignition VN equipment are the premix system components. The burner has a short flame, high burning rate, it is resistant to pressure variation in the heating system, it works with high convection and thus with high heat transfer into the product. Burners and mixers have been approved by the State Testing Laboratory (SZÚ) Brno. The constant jet mixer provides the automatic mixing of the heating gas (NG, PB, propane) with the air for high-speed burners of IMR, TPM, IMPD, IMPGV, IMPLG, and IMPMR types in the constant ratio. It is possible to adjust a constant oxidation or reduction atmosphere with the regulation band 1 to 15.
